Things you Must do before going to sleep




1.       Sleep without a bra (for women). American scientists recently discovered that those who wear bras for more than twelve hours have a high risk of getting breast cancer. It is therefore highly advisable that you go to bed without wearing bra.

2.       Do not sleep with a make – up. People who go to bed with make ups more often develop skin problems in the long run. With makes on while a sleep, an individual would have breathing and perspiration problems. Equally, much longer time is required for one to fall asleep; due to skin congestion. 

3.       Avoid sleeping with a phone. Scientists all over the world have proven that a variety of electrical items, including mobile phones and television sets do emit magnetic waves while in use. These magnetic waves cause a disruption to the human nervous system. Next time you have a phone next to you while going to sleep, make sure that it is witched off. 

4.       Avoid sleeping with a watch. There is a certain level of radioactive waves that watches do emit. Though they emit this wave in small portion but in the long run, this might have an adverse effect on a person’s health. Remove your watch while going to sleep. 

5.       Take some time off to mediate and clear your mind off negative issues. Avoid going to sleep with negative issues that are within your power to clear. Each day is a new day. Begin it not with a seed of yesterdays anger.
